In 2001, the Nikitsky Botanical Garden, the National Scientific Center, launched the production of cosmetics and essential oils. Based on its own plantations of medicinal and essential oil crops, such as rose, lavender, clary sage and others, they create perfumes and cosmetics from natural and environmentally friendly raw materials.
The products do not contain ethyl alcohol, preservatives, parabens, carcinogens, mineral oils, hormones and other harmful substances.
The original recipe developed by cosmetologists, biotechnologists and microbiologists made it possible to create high-quality natural cosmetics. For a long time, products of the Nikitsky Garden TM could only be purchased in the garden. Thanks to the attractive quality and price, buyers left positive reviews and became regular customers. This prompted us to expand the availability of our products to new customers.
The Nikitsky Botanical Garden was founded in 1812 by biologist Christian Christianovich Steven and became one of the oldest scientific institutions in Russia.
The garden is famous for its Arboretum, a huge park with trees. About 2 thousand species of trees and shrubs from all over the world grow on an area of more than 40 hectares.
The Nikitsky Garden is not just a park, but a real green treasure trove. It is recognized as a monument of landscape gardening and resembles an open-air museum.
In the Upper Park, you can see many flower beds and gardens. For example, there is a rose garden and a section with chrysanthemums. In spring, in April, there is a "tulip parade", and in May - an iris exhibition. In summer, daylilies, roses and cannas delight the eye, and in autumn and winter - a "chrysanthemum ball".
